Now Enrolling: Introduction to Mindfulness

8-Week Online Group Course

Dates: Thursday evenings beginning September 17th – November 5th.
Time: 6:30-8:30pm Central Time via Zoom
Half-Day Session: Saturday, October 17th from 9:30am-12:30pm

The “Introduction to Mindfulness” eight-week online group course will introduce participants to mindfulness and meditation via formal and informal mindfulness practices, including: in-class reflection activities; didactic discussions; meditations; a half-day extended practice session; and weekly home practices. Participants will explore their experiences through the body, emotions, sensations, and thoughts. This course is suitable for anyone interested to learn more about mindfulness and develop skills in awareness, curiosity, and compassion. This course is also applicable to individuals experiencing chronic pain, stress-related burnout, and anyone needing additional support and coping strategies when going through difficult situations and challenging life experiences.

 

Cost: $300 USD ($300 CAD if participating from Canada)
• Includes the eight-week course, half-day session, and course handouts.
